The farther in advance that your date is booked is always the best, we do recommend 2-3 months out, we know life has a way of throwing curve balls, so we do allow LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS W/ (fee)

Any event can be customized to any space give us your vision and we will create it. If you are limited to space let us know and we can discuss before booking.

EVENTS:

We need a 50% nonrefundable retainer to book your preferred date.

The remainder of the balance is due 7 days before the event. We can accept cash on occasion. (If approved)

VENUE:

A $250 nonrefundable retainer secures your date

We accept, Debit/Credit card & Bank transfer for deposit. Balance MUST be paid by Debit/Credit card,2 weeks before event. On the day of set up IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

You are allowed one change during the first customized proof, after that is approved no other changes can be made but please feel free to let us know if any information change before the event.

We do supply last minute orders on some purchases, there will be a RUSH FEE of $50.00 added to the bill
